Tired of wearing all the hats?
Let us handle your technology so you can run the business. Managed IT, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365 for businesses in New York. Since 2012.
We tune what you have.
Chances are you already own the right tools. Microsoft 365. Endpoint protection. Backup. Network gear. Most of the time the gap isn't what you bought. It's how it was set up, kept current, and used.
We audit what you have. We tune what's underused. We replace only what genuinely needs replacing.
The fix is usually configuration, not new gear. That alone has saved our clients real money.
Your entire IT department.
One email. One number.
When you just need IT that works. No jargon, no acronyms, no overselling.
Managed IT
Day-to-day IT, fully outsourced. Helpdesk, device management, vendor coordination, and proactive maintenance. All under one flat fee.
Cybersecurity
Practical cybersecurity that fits a real business budget. EDR, MFA enforcement, phishing simulation, and quarterly risk reviews.
Microsoft 365
Microsoft 365 deployed properly. Tenant setup, license optimization, SharePoint architecture, and Intune endpoint management.
Backup and Disaster Recovery
Backup, restore, and ransomware recovery for cloud and on-prem systems. Tested quarterly, not just configured once.
What internal IT actually costs.
Most people compare our pricing to the cost of hiring one IT person. That is the wrong comparison. Here is why.
About $140,000 / year
One IT generalist in NYC, fully loaded. Salary, payroll taxes, benefits, equipment, training, recruiting, and overhead.
About $465,000 / year
One IT person is not a function. They are a single point of failure. A real internal IT function for a small to mid-sized business needs at least three people (a senior manager, a generalist, a junior), plus specialists you contract for cybersecurity, M365 architecture, and backup engineering.
Often overlooked
- The three to six months you are exposed when your senior IT manager quits
- Industry-average tenure: 18 months. You will re-hire.
- Depth gaps when your three-person team does not include a real M365 architect or cybersecurity engineer
- The week your only network specialist is on vacation
We did the work of building that team once. You rent it.
Simple, flat-rate plans.
No surprises.
We count by user, aligned with Microsoft 365 licensing. One user, up to 5 computers. Part-time staff (shared systems) count at half-rate. Non-users (no email or technology requirements) don't count at all.
What every client gets.
These are not features. These are how we work.
- Dedicated techs assigned to your account
- Direct phone access. One number, not a ticket queue.
- Microsoft 365 tenant management and configuration
- MFA, conditional access, and security hygiene
- A real point of contact, not a portal
- Quarterly business reviews
Foundation
For businesses that want IT off their plate.
The operational layer. You have 5 to 25 people, no internal IT, and you want IT to just work.
- Unlimited business-hours helpdesk
- Endpoint and patch management
- Vendor coordination
Add Backup and Disaster Recovery for $25/user/mo.
Professional
For businesses that need to prove their security posture.
The defense layer. You have 10 to 50 people and cyber insurance, regulated clients, or contracts that require security baselines.
Foundation, plus:
- Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and MFA enforcement
- Phishing simulations and dark-web credential monitoring
- Security awareness training for staff
- Backup and Disaster Recovery (tested quarterly)
Enterprise
For businesses that operate under audit.
The compliance layer. You have 25 to 150 people and operate under HIPAA, FINRA, SOC 2, NY DFS, or similar frameworks.
Professional, plus:
- Advanced threat protection and conditional access for SaaS apps
- Intune endpoint management
- Compliance support: MFA documentation, quarterly compliance review, audit preparation
- Dedicated account manager meeting quarterly with your leadership on strategic IT priorities
Pay for prevention, not for problems.
Most IT shops bill hourly. The more things break, the more they earn. Their financial incentive runs against your business.
We charge a flat monthly fee. We are paid the same whether your network breaks or not. That is the whole point. When something breaks, it costs us, which lets us fix things before they break.
It is the entire reason flat-fee pricing exists. We make money differently. That changes how we work.
We will tell you if we are not the right fit.
On our first call, if we think you would be better off with someone else, we will say so. Some businesses need a one-person IT shop down the street. Some need a Big Four security consultancy. We are neither.
We are the right fit for 25 to 150 person businesses in New York who want one number, the same people every time, and no surprises.
Questions, answered straight.
What does this actually cost compared to other NYC MSPs?
Most New York MSPs charge between $100 and $220 per user per month and hide their actual tier pricing behind a "request a quote" button. We sit at the premium end of the range, $175 to $275, and publish our numbers. We are not the cheapest. We are honest about what you get.
What is NOT included in the monthly fee?
Hardware, software licenses, and project work are billed separately. Hardware is sold at our cost. Software licenses are passed through at our cost. Projects are quoted as flat fees, not hourly.
How long is the contract?
Twelve months. After year one, month-to-month. Thirty days notice to leave. No exit penalty. We win business by keeping it, not by trapping it.
What if my team grows or shrinks during the contract?
We adjust monthly based on actual user count. Hire ten people in March, your April bill reflects the change. Same the other way. No "you signed for 30, you owe for 30" games.
Are you the right fit for my business?
We are the right fit if you have between 25 and 150 employees, want one phone number for all IT needs, and value continuity over the cheapest possible price. We are not the right fit if you are below 10 employees, are looking for a vendor you can squeeze on price every renewal, or are skimping on licenses. We require Microsoft Business Premium at minimum so we can enforce a real security baseline. On the first call we will tell you honestly.
At what business size does internal IT make more sense than working with you?
Roughly 150 to 200 users. Below that, we are meaningfully cheaper than a real internal team. Above that, you probably need internal IT, though many of our clients in that range run a hybrid (one internal IT person plus our co-managed service).
Who actually does the work?
The same people, year after year. We do not churn techs every 18 months the way most MSPs do. The person who picks up your call this year is the same person who will pick up next year. We can introduce you to our team on the discovery call.
What industries do you work with?
Mostly professional services in New York: law firms, financial services, design and creative agencies, nonprofits, family offices. We are deliberately small enough to know each client well.
Do you make us HIPAA, FINRA, or SOC 2 compliant?
No. Only an accredited auditor can certify compliance. We provide the IT controls and documentation that help you pass an audit: MFA enforcement records, access logs, endpoint inventory, backup test results, quarterly review documentation. The certification stamp comes from your auditor. We make sure you have what they ask for. This is included in our Enterprise tier.
What happens if ransomware hits or we lose data?
If it makes it past Defender XDR, our Backup and Disaster Recovery service has it covered. Backup, restore, ransomware recovery for cloud and on-prem. Tested quarterly. Included in Professional and Enterprise tiers, available as an add-on for Foundation.
Do you do co-managed IT for businesses with an existing internal IT team?
Yes. We augment internal IT teams who are stretched thin. We stand behind your internal person, report through them, and take on the work they cannot get to: vendor calls, cybersecurity, projects, and compliance documentation. Pricing is scoped to what we take on. We don't want to charge for coverage you don't need. See /services/co-managed-it for the full description.
Ready for IT that just works?
From first call to fully covered, under two weeks. Discovery call. Honest scope. Quiet onboarding. No proposal theater.
