Common questions
What counts as a 'user'?
We count by user, aligned with Microsoft 365 licensing. A user is a full-time staff member with their own email and apps, on up to 5 computers, the Microsoft 365 per-user limit. A part-time user shares a company system with others and counts at half-rate. A non-user has no email or technology requirements (warehouse, kitchen, or similar roles) and does not count at all. We scope it honestly before anything starts.
